A subscription based program where members pay in advance for a season's worth of vegetables. The members are then guaranteed a "share" of the produce. The farmers benefit from up-front payment during a time of year when finances are tight and costs are high, and in return members get high quality, fresh produce directly from the field throughout the season.

Each box will have a value of $30, and are available with either a weekly or bi-weekly (pickup every second week) subscription. The boxes will contain a variety of freshly harvested seasonal fruit and vegetables, with the contents changing each week as the season progresses. A vegetable CSA is a great way to explore new varieties of vegetables, become informed about what grows in your region, be engaged by eating with the seasons, and eat nutritious, top notch veggies while reducing the carbon footprint of your meals. Once you are signed up for the CSA, you will receive weekly email reminders the day before your harvest share pickup. The email will detail what veggies you can expect in the box (there may occasionally be substitutions), and giving you some recipe ideas for any veg you may not be familiar with. We will do our best to include small updates on how the farm is doing (you will see some very adorable dog in sunflower hedge photos) and encourage people to come visit the farm so you can put a face to those who grow your food and appreciate your support!

-Pick-ups are available at Pendleton Farm (Tuesdays) and the Comox Valley Farmers Market (Saturdays)

-Both weekly and bi-weekly pickup options are available

-The CSA is 20 weeks long, starting June 11th for Tuesday pickup, and June 15th for Saturday pickup

-Payment for the CSA is due in full within 5 business days of confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged.
